Body exhibits little tremors/shakes without obvious cause Print
Our son had a little tremor/shiver that would appear for a second or so, randomly throughout the day. I noticed this very soon after he came home. I thought it a little odd since none of the other kids had ever done it, so I asked the pediatrician who said it was nothing. When we started Holding Time at age 17 months, it disappeared. Months later, at a workshop on attachment issues, the speaker mentioned that little “tremors” can be attachment related. She told the story of a girl whose brother and father had died in her first six months of life. She displayed her grief/issues through these little tremors. (a. 5.5mo, FC)
