Particularly helpful is the descriptions of different types of attachment disorder and ways to meet the unique needs of each one within the classroom. Presents many concrete examples of children with attachment disorder in the school setting.

This three hour video DVD by Nancy Thomas presents powerful techniques for teaching and surviving disruptive, defiant, and Reactive Attachment disorder students. Clear concise tools to identify emotionally disturbed children and youth who have the potential for violence are included.
